Shitkar Infotech India offers the following services:
Website & Software Development
Digital Marketing Services
Graphic & Logo Design
Computer Hardware Sales & Repairs
All services are subject to prior agreement, availability, and mutual consent.
All prices quoted are in INR and valid for 15 days.
A minimum of 50% advance is required to begin any project.
Remaining balance is payable upon project delivery or as per agreed milestone.
For hardware purchases, 100% advance payment may be required.
Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
Project timelines are estimated based on client cooperation and prompt content/feedback. Delays in client response may extend delivery dates.
Each design or development project includes 2-3 rounds of revisions.
Any additional changes outside the original scope will be billed separately.
Major functional changes after approval will require a revised quote.
On full payment, clients will receive complete rights to approved designs, websites, or software.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
Use of third-party assets (images, fonts, APIs) may be subject to separate licenses.
Hardware products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
We do not offer buyback or replacement unless covered under warranty terms.
Support services are chargeable after the free support period ends (if any).
We respect your privacy. All data, business details, and credentials shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of service delivery.
Advance payments are non-refundable once a project has begun.
No refund will be entertained for completed services or delivered hardware.
In case of non-delivery due to our fault, a partial or full refund may be considered.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption caused due to technical issues, third-party failures, or client-side errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client engages in abusive, unethical, or illegal behavior or violates these terms.
Shitkar Infotech India reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
